Sometimes you don’t need a long explanation. You just need to know whether something works.
That’s what this post is for.
We’re testing a new process for creating Action Academy content—from the first idea to the finished article on the Action Blog.
What are we testing?
The goal is simple: make publishing useful content easier.
Here’s what the process should look like:
- We choose a topic based on a real question or problem.
- The article is written in Action’s voice.
- The title, SEO information, links, and formatting are prepared.
- The final version is reviewed.
- Once it’s approved, it moves into HubSpot and onto the website.
No copying and pasting between five different documents. No wondering which draft is the final draft. No spending half an afternoon fighting with formatting.
Why test it first?
A small test can catch annoying problems before they show up in a real article.
Are the headings formatted correctly? Does the spacing look right? Is the author listed properly? Does the post appear on the Action Blog? Can someone reach it through Action Academy?
That sounds minor, but it adds up.
Once those pieces are working, we can get back to the part that matters: creating practical articles that help facility managers, custodial teams, and the people responsible for keeping buildings running.
What happens next?
If you can read this on the Action Blog, the test worked.
Then we’ll replace test posts like this one with useful cleaning advice, product guidance, equipment help, and honest answers to the questions facility teams deal with every day.
Test complete. Back to the real work.
