There’s a whole team behind the words “It’s handled.”

Someone gets the order ready. Someone makes the delivery. Someone figures out why a machine isn’t working. Someone asks another question before recommending a product, because the first answer doesn’t always tell the whole story.

That work is what customers see. How people work together behind it matters just as much.

This year, Action Unlimited Resources earned Great Place To Work® Certification™ for the seventh consecutive year. It’s a recognition we’re happy to celebrate—and one our people have given us good reason to be proud of.

The people doing the work have a say

Great Place To Work Certification is based on employee survey feedback, along with a company questionnaire. The assessment looks at trust, respect, fairness, pride, and belonging. Certification lasts for 12 months, so earning it again requires a fresh assessment.

Seven consecutive years means coming back to that process year after year. The people experiencing the workplace every day continue to have a voice in the result.

Action’s Great Place To Work profile, updated in September 2026, reports that 94% of employees say it’s a great place to work. It also reports that 94% say management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders, and 94% say management is honest and ethical in its business practices.

Those findings mean something to us. Being trusted to handle your work, use your judgment, and take responsibility makes a difference in an ordinary workday. So does knowing the people around you will step in when you need help.

A lot happens between “we need help” and “it’s handled”

Facility work rarely stays neatly inside one person’s job description.

An equipment problem can involve customer service, a technician, and someone helping the customer work through the next step. A delivery depends on the people taking the order, preparing it, and getting it where it needs to go. A product recommendation starts with understanding what’s happening in the building.

Each person’s work affects someone else’s.

That connection gives the work its purpose. Getting an order right helps a customer stay on schedule. Repairing equipment helps a cleaning crew get back to work. Taking the time to explain a process can save someone from dealing with the same problem again next week.

It also takes follow-through. Asking for help early. Passing along the details. Owning a mistake and helping fix it.

These are everyday expectations, and they’re part of what makes a team worth being on.

Proud of the history. Still paying attention.

Action has been family-owned since 1982. The business has changed over those decades, while the expectation to take care of customers and stand behind the work has stayed central.

Seven years of workplace certification belongs in that story. It reflects something we want to keep building as the company develops.

There’s no point at which a workplace is finished. New people bring different perspectives. The work changes. Processes that once made sense need another look. A good idea can come from the person closest to a problem, regardless of their title.

Keeping that room for people to contribute matters. So does remembering that a busy day at work is only one part of someone’s life.

We can celebrate the recognition and still pay attention to what needs to get better. That’s how we want to approach the next year, too.

There’s more to learn—and more ahead

The facilities we support are changing. Customers are working through staffing pressures, equipment decisions, and the daily challenge of keeping buildings clean without creating more work for their crews.

Our next chapter includes exploring a larger role for autonomous cleaning, alongside the supplies, equipment repair, training, and support customers already count on us for.

There’s plenty to figure out. Where does a machine make sense? What tasks can it take on? What does the crew still need to handle? How will it be maintained and supported?

Answering those questions takes people who understand the work and are willing to learn something new. It takes practical judgment, honest conversations, and the confidence to say when a particular setup isn’t the right fit.

That’s an exciting direction for Action. It gives us new ways to help customers and new knowledge to build together.

As those capabilities develop, the trust and teamwork behind them deserve the same attention as the technology.

For now, we’re taking a moment to thank the people who brought us to seven consecutive years: the team taking calls, loading orders, making deliveries, repairing equipment, solving problems, and keeping the business moving.

They’ve helped build a place we’re proud to be part of.

And they’ll have a hand in what comes next.
