Proudly family-owned since 1982

A lot has changed. The promise hasn’t.

Our founder, Alan Glazar, joined the Marine Corps at 17. After being wounded in Vietnam, the Marine Corps retrained him in heating and cooling—hands-on mechanical experience that would stay with him.

After leaving the military, Alan took a job as a janitor for a cleaning-supply distributor. His role grew, and one day the owner told him, “Kid, I want you to go out and sell.” Alan had found his calling.

In 1982, he founded Action Paper & Chemical Co. around a straightforward promise: 100% Customer satisfACTION.

Today, Action Unlimited Resources is still family-owned and operated. The company is bigger and the solutions go farther, but the expectation remains the same: take care of the customer, stand behind the work, and leave it handled.
